Stewards of the Sequoia continues to be the largest on the ground volunteer group in Sequoia Forest since we started in 2004.

The above Stewards of the Sequoia volunteer work since 2004 includes:

  • Installing 4019 water bars to reduce erosion

  • Clearing 8043 trees from the trails

  • Removing brush from thousands of miles of trails

  • Planting 540 trees to speed reforestation in burn areas

There is no doubt we have shown we care about our trails and the environment.
