Stewards of the Sequoia-Volunteer Hours 2004-2010 on
Forest Service and BLM managed lands
The above Stewards of the Sequoia volunteer work includes
installing over 1500 water bars to reduce erosion, clearing over
700 trees from the trails, removing brush from hundreds of miles
of trails and planting hundreds of trees to speed reforestation in burn areas as well as
Trail Maintenance
There is no doubt we have shown
we care about our trails and the environment.
Congratulations
to all our volunteers.
Stewards of the Sequoia
continues to be the largest on the ground volunteer
group in Sequoia Forest since we started in 2004.
